Cutting edge, innovative strategies are key in reaching and sustaining the apex of any field. CXN, being a business of entrepreneurs, thrives on these concepts. True to form, CXN employees were excited to have Jim Siegrist, Senior Vice President of Business Development, in town Friday to discuss his ideas for our 2010 business model. New clients and new venues are included. In addition, Jim introduced a new pay structure (to be placed on top of current employees' current income) that obviously will create a significant increase in the average income for CXN employees. Needless to say, the company entered the weekend with especially elevated spirits. Based on the excitement of the potential year ahead, using Jim's breathrough tactics, his next visit is already highly anticipated.

Welcome to Philly JP!

Jonathan Perry, a business partner of CXN's is in Philly with us for the second half of the week to help with the expansion. Jonathan will be helping us launch the first wave of hiring here in the North East. We will be showing Jonathan what a real Philly Cheese-steak tastes like! While his company in Nashville is missing him, we are excited to have him with us for a few days in the City of Brotherly Love. Thanks for coming to hang out JP!

Hit the Ground Running!

The first two weeks in Philly have been quite an experience. Each day we have steadily progressed. The first week was obviously filled with unpacking, unpacking, unpacking, a lot of learning, and then more unpacking. The second week was used to test the knowledge we learned the previous week. It was also used to test our faith in the system that has never changed and always worked. On the first day our third week, we have passed our tests and morale is high. It doesn't take long for CXNite's to adapt! We are definitely on our way to reaching our goal of four new markets by the end of the year.
